The Autumn Edit

After a beautiful sunny September, Autumn is on its way apparently, with non stop rain scheduled for the next few days… It doesn’t quite seem possible right now with the sun streaming in through the window but it’s time to start thinking about knitwear, coats and all things cosy. I’ve put together an edit of my favourite pieces for you – all timeless, all neutral (as always!), all mix and match, and all pieces that hopefully you will wear for years to come. Classics that will stand the test of time, but that won’t break the bank.

I’m loving these high neck button up cardigans in cosy alpaca and wool. Wear them tucked into straight leg vintage jeans, with high waisted wide leg trousers in a tonal shade, or over a slinky silk slip dress, with knee boots and chunky gold jewellery. Or try the easiest autumn outfit – a belted knitted midi dress. Slip it on with crisp white trainers now, and swap for boots and a sleek coat over your shoulders when the weather gets even cooler.
