Memo:
It’s always such a treat to return to Le Meurice. This beautiful grand hotel sits right on the edge of the Jardin des Tuileries, and it’s the first place that Carl and I travelled to together on a surprise trip to Paris just a couple of months after we met. On this trip we’d arrived to Paris on different days so we met in reception and he whisked me up to the room, with stunning views over those beautiful Parisian rooftops, to change for my first shoot of the day with Romain. Then it was on to meetings and lunch at Hotel Costes before evening rolled round. Being Paris, and fashion week, it was the perfect excuse to dress up, and I’m having a bit of a moment with Australian designers right now so I slipped into this little stunner from Bec & Bridge. Their dresses, as well as their swimwear, are made from the most beautiful fabrics – firm, stretchy jerseys which hold you in all the right places and seem to be utterly crease resistant so they’re perfect for my travels.
