Saint Emilion, France
This summer has most definitely been the summer of travels. After a fabulous trip to Jumby Bay for Mummy’s birthday, we headed back to Europe for a quick turnaround, before jetting off to Ibiza for fun, Formentera and the Housekeeping finale at Blue Marlin. A couple of days later, we were back on a plane, heading straight to Bordeaux for Libby’s wedding. With just a few hours to spare, we stopped off in beautiful Saint Emilion for a wander through the famous vineyards, a stroll around the historic village, and most importantly, a taste of their fabulous red wine. I was suitably attired in my très Français getup – stripes, espadrilles and tousled hair – for a heavenly day of exploring the beautiful French countryside.
