Our last day in Ibiza was all about good food, good wine and good company. Pips hadn’t been to Ibiza for years, so we were excited to show her some of our favourite spots to hang out, and Experimental Beach is right up there with the best of them. Perched on the edge of Cap d’es Falco, it’s the perfect place to wind down after a busy weekend. Stunning views, delicious local tapas and a pretty spectacular wine list, make for a perfect lunch. We overordered as always and sat down to a table groaning with goodies. Ready for an afternoon snooze, we lay out on the comfiest of sunbeds. I whipped off my new Ibiza cover-up and a vintage Gucci belt nabbed from mummy’s wardrobe, and lay out in the sun in this gorgeous new Amenapih bikini. All too soon, hometime was calling and it was time to head to the airport… Until next time Ibiza!
