After a long night following Housekeeping at Blue Marlin, the only place to be on Sunday was El Chiringuito. It’s one of my favourite places to spend the day in Ibiza. Super chilled, with amazing cocktails, the most delicious local menu, and all in a beautiful setting on Es Cavallet beach. The boys had booked a big table which we piled high with sangria, coconut water mojitos, pina coladas and plate upon plate of delicious food. A long lunch managed to revive us and the hysteria continued as we regaled stories from the night before… mostly involving losing our voices, items of clothing and dignity…! We retired to the beach for a well-earned nap before reluctantly saying our goodbyes and heading to the airport. The next trip is already booked and I can’t wait!
