I got this cute little ruffled skirt from a sweet shop in LA when I was in town after Coachella but somehow I still hadn’t worn it. With a denim shirt and a pair of flats it was perfect for a sunny evening dinner in Notting Hill. We tried out Goode and Wright, a gorgeous little bistro at the far end of Portobello Road. Our table was piled high with dishes. Burrata with black olive tapenade, asparagus with serrano ham, Hansen & Lydersen’s East London smoked salmon, triple cooked chips with hand picked crab mayonnaise, carafes of cold, crisp white wine… Simple, seasonal cooking at it’s very best.
