Memo:
Day two at Coachella and it was just, if not more, fun! We'd found our way around, we knew the best spots to hang out, and we'd made friends at our favourite margarita joint. It was a hot one so we spent the late afternoon lying out on the grass listening to MGMT and dancing to Kid Cudi before hitting the pungent Gobi tent for Solange. The best was yet to come though... Pharrell...and special guests...many, very special guests! He brought on T.I., Pusha T,  Busta Rhymes, Jay Z, Usher...one...after...the...other... It was insanely fun and we couldn't help but laugh in amazement and sing along to every song! Afterwards, we wandered back to our VIP bolt-hole via the crazy light installations. Jumping around in front of a massive backlit box has never been so fun...

Memo:
I just came back from one of the most fun trips of my life...Coachella. 6 girls, 1 road trip and 1 super fun festival. Coachella is a little iconic. The style, the music, the special guests...and it's even better than I ever could have imagined. It's super well organised - busy, but never overcrowded; stylish, but never too try-hard; and somehow it manages to be a wild and inspiring experience all at the same time. The VIP areas are like the most beautifully decorated private party with the yummiest margaritas, the most delicious tacos and flatbreads, and heavenly Umami burgers. And I loved the eclectic mix of music. We chilled out in the sunshine on the grass steps by the Main Stage to Ellie Goulding and Chromeo before jumping and getting thrown around to Martin Garrix and Zedd in the Sahara Tent. My advice...just go! I'll be posting more Coachella photos and fun times later this week.

Memo:
At the weekend I headed out on a little adventure to Maltby Street Market. I've done Borough, I've headed to Taste, and to Feast (I'm quite the foodie...), but Maltby Street is a little gem of a find. It's on a smaller scale to the big boys but the selection stretches right down the street, the sellers are friendly and helpful, and the food...it's just fantastic! Meats, cheeses, sizzling barbeques, rows and rows of pretty little cakes...yum! We started at Tamal for the most delicious little tacos - rich, spicy and super tasty. We'd spied The Cheese Truck whilst wandering down Ropewalk and had to join the queue for the cheesiest grilled cheese this side of NY. British cheeses with delicious add-ons make for a perfectly balanced sandwich of yummy flavours and oozy cheese. Next stop was Phatbreads. With their disco ball wood fired oven, super fun gorgeous girls behind the counter, and of course the most amazing flavour combinations, it's an absolute winner. Strolling through the crowd, we happened to bump into one of my oldest best friends, the lovely Pips Taylor. I might have been right on the other side of London but it just shows, our city's not so big after all!
